Thanks for the links guys. Kurt, I poked around for a minute on your friend's site and suspect I'll find plenty of great ideas. Her photography portfolio and stock images are exactly what I was looking for. Maybe I've got it all wrong, I should be moving to SF not Vancouver, have a little of that creativity that seems to go around rub off on me ;)

101 Cookbooks has been a fave of mine for a couple years now... great content and photography!

Check out www.foobai.com It has all sorts of restaurants from all across the world. Some of the Beijing reviews are incredibly indepth. If you are interested in international cuisine and restaurants, or just curious about the kind of roasted duck you can get in Beijing, then this would be pretty helpful.
